Staff Bios

Peter and Amanda Shackelford were both raised in the Philippines and have spent considerable time traveling in Southeast Asia and Africa. Peter learned videography while working onboard the MV DOULOS. Amanda enjoyed photography in high school and has applied that experience to her work with Footbridge Films.

How we work

A typical project lasts three weeks. The first two weeks are spent gathering footage and brainstorming on a script with our clients. The third week is spent editing on location and getting any last minute clips for the project. Our goal is to hand over a finished product at the end of the third week, before moving on to our next project. In order to keep costs down we often stay with or near our subjects. We also take advantage of budget airlines and schedule multiple projects within a region.

As we need to be very mobile, our kit is made up of just the essentials.
